Account Manager – FMCG

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing international B2B clients;
  • Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, requirements, and communication;
  • Manage clients and orders in a make-to-order manufacturing environment, where products are developed and produced only after a client order;
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (R&D, Production, Quality, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth and accurate delivery of orders;
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues or changes;
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for the portfolio.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Client Relations, or a similar B2B role;
  • Experience in manufacturing, private label, FMCG, or related industries is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with international clients and fluency in English;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to identify opportunities and present solutions clearly;
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
