What you’ll be doing:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners;
• Identify and propose additional services that bring real value to clients;
• Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and needs;
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions;
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues;
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to spot new opportunities.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Account Management, Sales, Client Relations, or a similar role;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to identify opportunities and present solutions clearly;
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities;
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment;
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken);
• Knowledge of digital services or tech solutions is a plus.
