Back Office Manager (Credit Administration)
What you will do:
- Manage back-office operations and the full lifecycle of factoring transactions;
- Ensure accuracy of data, accounting records, and reconciliations;
- Oversee credit administration – contracts, limits, and exposures;
- Implement control mechanisms and ensure compliance with regulations;
- Optimize processes through automation and continuous improvements;
- Lead the team and ensure quality and timely delivery;
- Prepare reports and analyze the department’s performance.

What is needed to succeed:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in back-office operations, credit administration or factoring;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in team management;
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills;
- Strategic mindset with a focus on optimization and automation;
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- Very good command of Excel.
