For our client – an established financial company, we are looking for an experienced professional to manage and further develop its portfolio of card services in the role of:
Card Product Manager – Financial Services
About the role:
It is particularly suitable for professionals currently working in the cards or payments business in banking or financial services.
It combines strategic thinking, product development and commercial focus, together with team leadership and a hands-on approach to key initiatives and projects.
The position plays an important role in driving the performance and growth of credit and debit card products, while contributing to the development of new initiatives and customer engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and optimization of credit and debit card products;
- Drive initiatives related to card acquisition, activation and customer retention;
- Monitor business performance and ensure the achievement of key portfolio targets;
- Analyze product performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement;
- Participate in the creation and launch of new card products and programs;
- Contribute hands-on to key projects related to product development and portfolio performance;
- Manage and support a team responsible for card sales, activation and customer engagement;
- Work closely with marketing, risk, compliance, operations and the branch network;
- Coordinate initiatives related to campaigns, promotions and customer programs;
- Support communication and collaboration with international card organizations;
- Participate in planning and monitoring the annual budget related to card products.

What we are looking for:
- At least 5 years of professional experience with card products, payments or card portfolio management in a banking or payments environment;
- Background in product development and sales initiatives;
- Good understanding of credit and debit card products and their performance drivers;
- Experience working with cross-functional teams;
- Strong analytical, organizational and leadership skills;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results;
- Excellent command of English – written and spoken;
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
