COMMUNITY MANAGER (REMOTE, FULL-TIME)

This is not your typical social media role:

• Manage and grow all social media channels of the company (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook etc.);
• Plan and publish daily content including reels, posts, shorts and viral hooks to keep things interesting;
• Publish key highlights, moments, trader stories and other forms of educational content to drive user engagement;
• Drive momentum across platforms by actively starting discussions, polls and challenger;
• Be in charge of developing a Discord-based community;
• Collaborate with video editors and designers to execute your ideas.

You Are A Great Fit If You Have:

• Experience or strong interest in trading, crypto markets, and financial instruments, with the ability to create relevant and engaging content;
• Hands-on experience managing and growing active social media communities (experience in trading platforms and crypto is considered a plus);
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken;
• Strong understanding of trends, virality, and audience engagement;
• Ability to generate creative content ideas and turn them into measurable results;
• A proactive, experimental and data-driven mindset.
