For our partner, a global pharmaceutical company, we are seeking:
Compliance Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee compliance with applicable national sanctions, AML/CTF regulations, and internal policies;
- Lead and develop compliance processes, procedures, and internal controls;
- Perform risk assessments and monitor sanctions lists and regulatory developments;
- Investigate incidents and support fraud prevention activities;
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external authorities;
- Support audits, inspections, and implementation of recommendations;
- Monitor legislative changes and support internal teams on compliance matters;
- Prepare and review formal compliance documentation.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role;
- Relevant university degree in Law – legal qualification preferred;
- Proven ability to interpret and apply legislation in practice;
- Knowledge of both local and global AML/CTF legislation;
- Experience in team coordination and working in regulated environments;
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills;
- High level of written and spoken proficiency in both Bulgarian and English;
- Structured, methodical, and detail-oriented approach.
