For our partner, a global pharmaceutical company, we are seeking:

Compliance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee compliance with applicable national sanctions, AML/CTF regulations, and internal policies;
  • Lead and develop compliance processes, procedures, and internal controls;
  • Perform risk assessments and monitor sanctions lists and regulatory developments;
  • Investigate incidents and support fraud prevention activities;
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external authorities;
  • Support audits, inspections, and implementation of recommendations;
  • Monitor legislative changes and support internal teams on compliance matters;
  • Prepare and review formal compliance documentation.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role;
  • Relevant university degree in Law – legal qualification preferred;
  • Proven ability to interpret and apply legislation in practice;
  • Knowledge of both local and global AML/CTF legislation;
  • Experience in team coordination and working in regulated environments;
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills;
  • High level of written and spoken proficiency in both Bulgarian and English;
  • Structured, methodical, and detail-oriented approach.
