For our partner, an extensive global company, we are seeking:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert regulatory compliance advice to management, business stakeholders, and operational teams;
• Monitor and map regulatory developments across assigned jurisdictions, develop compliance roadmaps, and deliver training to ensure adherence to regulations;
• Liaise with external legal advisers and local regulatory authorities;
• Prepare reports for senior governance bodies, including the Board of Directors and Audit Committee;
• Coordinate and submit regulatory reports to relevant authorities;
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and maintain a formal risk-and-control program;
• Ensure timely resolution and documentation of compliance-related issues.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, audit, or risk functions;
• Background in merchant acquiring and regulatory product compliance;
• Strong relationship-building skills with colleagues, external advisers, and regulators;
• Knowledge of AML/CTF and MiFID legislation.
• Relevant university degree in Law, Banking, Business Administration, or related fields;
• Professional certification in compliance or risk management.
