Customer Service – Supervisor – Day OR Night Shifts

What will you be doing?

  • Coordination of the Customer Support team;
  • Training, motivating, and supervising the team to achieve high standards;
  • Handling and resolving complex customer cases and escalations;
  • Regular analysis of complaints, feedback, and signals received from the customers;
  • Maintenance and updating of information in the CRM system and databases;
  • Communication and collaboration with internal departments to ensure problem resolution.

What are the requirements?

  • 1–2 years in Customer Service role;
  • Excellent command of English – written and spoken;
  • Advantage: experience in CRM system;
  • Advantage: experience in team management;
  • High motivation – this is a key requirement.
  • Detail-oriented, naturally curious, and skilled in communicating with diverse people;
