Customer Service – Supervisor – Day OR Night Shifts
What will you be doing?
- Coordination of the Customer Support team;
- Training, motivating, and supervising the team to achieve high standards;
- Handling and resolving complex customer cases and escalations;
- Regular analysis of complaints, feedback, and signals received from the customers;
- Maintenance and updating of information in the CRM system and databases;
- Communication and collaboration with internal departments to ensure problem resolution.

What are the requirements?
- 1–2 years in Customer Service role;
- Excellent command of English – written and spoken;
- Advantage: experience in CRM system;
- Advantage: experience in team management;
- High motivation – this is a key requirement.
- Detail-oriented, naturally curious, and skilled in communicating with diverse people;
