What’s the role?
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be “The Go-To Guru” for our clients, guiding them through our state-of-the-art trading platform and making the world of finance approachable, engaging, and downright exciting.
Your day-to-day:
- Be Тhe Hero who answers clients’ questions primarily via chat and email (very rarely calls);
- Walk clients through the KYC process like a Pro;
- Host platform tours that make clients feel like VIPs;
- Pay attention to their feedback and think about how you can improve the customer experience;
- Stay ahead of the curve by understanding financial markets and the competition.
