Customer Support with English – Mainly chat & email
What’s the role?
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding the service via live chat and email (with a minimal number of phone calls);
- Providing fast and accurate resolution of customer issues;
- Guiding clients through the trading platform and explaining its features and functionalities;
- Communicating with other departments when necessary.
