Marketing & PR Specialist – Fintech

 

The role includes:
  • Organizing, coordinating, and monitoring communication with external marketing agencies;
  • Participating in the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategy;
  • Preparing quarterly marketing proposals and campaigns aligned with business needs and seasonality;
  • Analyzing campaign performance and optimizing results;
  • Organizing external events and internal initiatives.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing;
  • Good understanding of digital channels, lead generation, and performance marketing;
  • Experience in organizing events and brand awareness initiatives;
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • A proactive mindset and adaptability to a dynamic environment and changing market trends;
  • Experience with HubSpot will be considered a strong advantage;
  • Excellent command of English.
