On behalf of a leading provider of infrastructure and energy solutions, we are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team.

In this role, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring seamless coordination among internal teams, clients, and external partners. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead the full project lifecycle—from initiation to completion—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget;
  • Develop detailed project execution plans while strictly following company procedures and industry best practices;
  • Manage project schedules, resource allocation, budgets, and performance metrics;
  • Coordinate and oversee project teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders;
  • Supervise procurement processes, material logistics, and site operations to guarantee seamless project execution;
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting through internal systems;
  • Support the sales and pre-sales teams by contributing to bids, tenders, and technical proposals;
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and relevant industry standards (NEC, IEC, etc.);
  • Act as the primary client liaison, managing expectations, providing status updates, and proactively addressing challenges;
    Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, ideally within solar or renewable energy sectors;
  • Proven track record managing complex solar installations from design to commissioning;
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and MS Office Suite;
  • Familiarity with solar PV systems and software like AutoCAD, PVSyst, or Helioscope is a plus;
  • Experience in construction projects and knowledge of Construction Law are considered advantageous;
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams;
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities;
  • PMP Certification is an asset;
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is highly valued.
