• You will also teach us – you will have the freedom to share ideas and suggestions;
• You will participate in the development of strategies and innovations in recruitment;
• You will create advertisement texts for job postings on various platforms;
• You will use your resourcefulness in finding and using various channels to reach the people you are looking for;
• You will select the most suitable talents to invite for an interview;
• You will participate in interviewing the candidates;
• You will learn how to work with large companies and consult businesses.
