Tax Operations Expert
What you will do:
- Take full ownership of the tax function in Bulgaria, covering all tax-related matters for local legal entities;
- Prepare, review, and submit tax returns, performing monthly and annual tax calculations, and ensuring full reconciliation between accounting and tax data;
- Review contracts and transactions from a withholding tax perspective and coordinate the application of double tax treaties;
- Actively participate in transfer pricing processes, including reviewing and finalizing documentation, and supporting group-level tax reporting initiatives;
- Serve as the main point of contact for Accounting, Finance, and Controlling teams.

What is needed to succeed:
- 5+ years of relevant tax experience;
- Degree in Tax Law, Accounting, Finance, or Economics;
- Strong knowledge of Bulgarian VAT, Corporate Income Tax, and Withholding Tax legislation;
- Experience with transfer pricing is considered an advantage;
- Solid accounting background and ability to work with financial data;
- High attention to detail, structured working style, and strong sense of ownership;
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
