What You’ll Be Doing

  • Analyze and escalate complex cases;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical inquiries related to hosting configurations;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and customer experience;
  • Provide technical support via chat, email, and phone, assisting customers with web hosting.

What You Need to Bring

  • Passion for Technology, web hosting;
  • Ability to work shifts, including nights;
  • Desire and motivation to work with clients;
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
  • Possibility to work in shifts: 16:00 – 01:00/01:00 – 09:00;
  • Fluency in English (C2+) – strong written and verbal skills;
  • Previous Customer Service or Tech Support experience is a plus, but not required.
