CRM Specialist
What will you be doing?
- Administer and configure Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud);
- Support and develop the loyalty program – manage banners, communications, and partnerships;
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing messages and campaigns related to customer loyalty;
- Work closely with the marketing and customer relations teams;
- Communicate with Salesforce support teams in the USA.

What are the requirements?
- 1–2 years of relevant experience;
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system;
- Excellent command of English – written and spoken;
- Advantage: experience in CRM marketing or managing loyalty programs;
- High motivation – this is a key requirement;
- Excellent technical skills and affinity.
