Junior B2B Sales Specialist
What will you be doing?
• Identify and engage new B2B clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels;
• Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline for outsourcing services;
• Conduct needs analysis and present tailored solutions to clients;
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure;
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients;

What are the requirements?
• 1–2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Lead generation or Business development;
• Excellent English – written and spoken;
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
• Experience with CRM systems and sales tools;
• Background in Outsourcing, IT, or Customer Support is a plus.
