Customer Service Specialist

Our partner – a modern, high-tech dental clinic – is expanding its team and is looking for an experienced, patient-oriented:

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist patients, ensuring a professional and friendly experience;
Communicate actively with patients in German and English – in person and by phone;
Oversee financial transactions;
Prepare and manage patient documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service;
Excellent of German and English, both written and spoken;
Very good communication skills, empathy, and strong customer orientation;
Experience handling payments and financial transactions is a strong advantage;
Previous experience as a Receptionist will be considered an advantage.
