Marketing Manager – Romania

A day in the shoes of a Marketing Magician:

·      Design and execute full-cycle Marketing strategies, tailored to the Romanian market;

·      Oversee the full lifecycle of Marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including campaign performance analytics;

·      Collaborate closely with the regional Sales and Leadership teams to ensure Marketing initiatives are aligned with the broader commercial objectives;

·      Take full ownership of the German website, including localization and content management;

·      Direct social media strategies and content for LinkedIn and Meta platforms, tailored specifically for the local audience;

·      Maintain a thorough understanding of regional market conditions, best practices, regulations and the competitive landscape;

·      Identify and develop strategic opportunities with relevant local partners.

Your superpowers:

·      At least 3 years of hands-on experience within a dynamic environment – preferably in industries such as FinTech or Techonology;

·      Demonstrated ability to independently manage Marketing initiatives;

·      Strong background in planning and executing corporate events and conferences;

·      A genuine team player who thrives on collaboration within a multinational environment;

·      Experience with HubSpot and/or WordPress is considered a plus;

·      Excellent command of the English language – both written and spoken.
