For our client – an established and dynamic accounting firm we are looking for:
Payroll & Administration Assistant
What will you be doing?
- Preparation and processing of payroll;
- Maintaining personnel records and employee files;
- Preparing documents related to employment contracts, appointments, terminations, and changes;
- Communicating with clients regarding payroll and administrative matters;
- Working with accounting and HR software systems.

What are the requirements?
- Minimum 6 months of experience in payroll;
- English level B2 or higher;
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and responsibility;
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team;
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation will be considered an advantage.
