Sales Manager (FinTech)

What your typical day looks like:

• Proactively identify, approach, and close new B2B business deals across the Romanian market;
• Take full ownership of your deals, from the first outreach all the way through negotiation and contract signing;
• Understand clients’ core business needs and position solutions that deliver clear, tangible value.
• Establish and grow relationships with key decision-makers, positioning solutions that deliver real business value;
• Partner with internal teams to refine go-to-market strategy and prioritize target accounts;
• Track, report, and optimize your sales pipeline to turn prospects into long-term partners;
• Foster client relationships to boost retention and identify growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.

What you bring to the table:

• At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales in a dynamic, technological environment – Fintech, SaaS, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• You’re driven to find opportunities before anyone else does, not wait for them to come to you;
• You navigate complex environments with ease and can earn trust at the highest level;
• A strong network across the Romanian market is a serious plus;
• An excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• A valid driving license – category B.
