Salesforce Administrator – Implementation & Support
What will you be doing?
- Be the main internal contact for the Salesforce implementation project;
- Work closely with business units and external consultants to align requirements and delivery;
- Support user adoption through training and rollout activities;
- Handle ongoing support and manage change requests after go-live.

What are the requirements?
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience (admin, configuration, or implementation);
- Ability to gather business needs from stakeholders and translate them into technical requirements;
- Experience in a business analyst or similar liaison role, working closely with operational teams;
- Strong English communication skills for day-to-day collaboration across teams;
- Good time management and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong analytical thinking and a practical, problem-solving approach.
