Senior Mobile Developer – Android / iOS

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain high-quality backend services and APIs in Go (Golang).
• Design scalable, secure and high-performance microservices deployed on Kubernetes and containerized with Docker.
• Design and implement integrations with internal and external systems using REST and/or gRPC.
• Participate actively in software development, code reviews and technical decision-making.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Frontend, Mobile, QA, DevOps and Security teams to deliver end-to-end features.
• Ensure the reliability, performance and high availability of production systems.
• Identify technical risks and propose effective solutions.
• Develop software in accordance with internal security policies, engineering standards and regulatory requirements, including eIDAS, GDPR, AML/KYC and PSD2.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, architecture and tooling.
• Work closely with DevOps on CI/CD and release processes within the existing Kubernetes deployment pipeline.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional backend development experience with Go (Golang).
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Solid experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs; knowledge of gRPC is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, TLS and secure data transmission.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and other authentication/authorization mechanisms.
• Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of microservices architecture and clean-architecture principles.
• Ability to write clean, efficient and well-tested Go code, following idiomatic Go and development best practices.
• Experience writing table-driven tests and maintaining high code quality.
• Good command of technical English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with messaging brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Experience with mutual TLS (mTLS) and client-certificate authentication.
• Knowledge of cryptography and cryptographic libraries.
• Previous experience developing software in regulated environments, particularly GDPR, eIDAS, PSD2 or AML/KYC.
• Experience with Kubernetes tooling beyond the basics, such as Helm, service mesh, Prometheus/Grafana or other cloud-native observability tools.
• Previous experience working with Java/JVM backend systems, especially migrating services from Java to Go.
