We’re currently partnering with a rapidly expanding Fin-Tech company, known for its award-winning technology and seamless digital experience.

Your Role:

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer who will automate, secure, and scale infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments.

In this role, you will build robust CI/CD pipelines, implement infrastructure as code, manage databases and networking, and ensure high availability and resilience across all environments. This is a hands-on position with real impact, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, stability, and performance.

Responsibilities:

✅ Design, implement, and manage hybrid infrastructure across private datacenters and AWS.

✅ Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD (or Jenkins/CircleCI) following blue/green deployment strategies.

✅ Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Ansible, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Helm.

✅ Provision, manage, and secure networking (Cisco, Fortinet, AWS VPCs).

✅ Manage VCenter environments with Windows and Ubuntu servers.

✅ Set up monitoring and alerting systems using Prometheus, Grafana, Graylog, Icinga, and ELK.

✅ Operate and fine-tune MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.

✅ Manage secrets, encryption, and sensitive information securely.

✅ Support backend teams (.NET, Java, PHP) with deployments and automation.

✅ Troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve production issues efficiently.

Requirements:

✅ 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, Platform, or similar roles.

✅ Expertise with hybrid AWS and on-premise environments (AWS certification is a plus).

✅ Strong Linux (Ubuntu) and Windows Server administration skills.

✅ Hands-on IaC experience with Terraform and AWS.

✅ Knowledge of high-availability solutions for relational databases (Patroni, Galera) is a strong plus.

✅ Container orchestration with on-prem Kubernetes and AWS EKS.

✅ CI/CD experience with GitLab CI, Jenkins, or CircleCI.

✅ Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar.

✅ Database operations (MySQL, PostgreSQL).

✅ Solid understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and security concepts.

✅ Excellent multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
